300 kW! | HuaDe Hydrogen Energy Delivers 300 kW Pure-Hydrogen Stationary Fuel Cell Power Generation System

Recently, HuaDe Hydrogen Energy’s CARNEU-300—a 300 kW pure-hydrogen stationary fuel cell power generation system—successfully completed all factory acceptance tests and has been loaded for shipment to a comprehensive energy station project located in China.

The 300 kW pure-hydrogen stationary fuel cell power generation system delivered by HuaDe Hydrogen Energy is integrated within a standard 20-foot container. This system is capable of rapidly responding to load dispatch commands, outputting 750 V DC power to charge electric vehicles via charging piles. The system features a rated net output power of 300 kW, a power generation efficiency of ≥50%, and supports cold starts at temperatures as low as -30°C. The technical features of the 300 kW pure-hydrogen stationary fuel cell power generation system delivered on this occasion are as follows:
1. Modular design: Comprising 100 kW individual modules, the system allows for independent operation and maintenance, thereby enhancing system flexibility.



2. Explosion-proof zoning design: an explosion-proof wall is installed between the electrical control zone and the fuel cell zone, while hydrogen-contacting components and non-hydrogen-contacting components utilize distinct explosion-proof and flameproof designs, respectively.



3. The system is equipped with a comprehensive automated fire protection system and an intelligent control system, enabling unattended operation, remote monitoring, and remote control.
