On April 21, the China Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "China Hydrogen Alliance") convened a meeting. The meeting reviewed and approved the admission of China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group) to the Alliance, designating it as a Co-Chair Unit; consequently, Zhang Yuzhuo, Chairman of Sinopec, assumed the role of Co-Chair.

Concurrently, six new Council Units—including Sun Yat-sen University and Luneng Group Co., Ltd.—were added, alongside twelve new Member Units, such as Jiangsu HuaDe Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd., and Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. With the addition of these 19 new members, the total number of Alliance member units officially rose to 105.
