1.The standard warranty period is 12 months. Any damaged parts during warranty period can be shipped free by express to you and we will offer life time technological support and trouble shooting service. 

2.The warranty period starts from the normal commissioning at the customer's place. If the commissioning fails due to the customer's installation site or other causes, the warranty period starts 4 weeks after the product arrives at the customer's place.
