On October 27, the 5 kW hydrogen fuel cell combined heat and power (CHP) system manufactured by Huade Hydrogen Energy was packed and dispatched to the port. This marks Huade Hydrogen Energy’s first export of a hydrogen fuel cell CHP system to Europe. The successful delivery of this unit signifies a major milestone: domestically manufactured hydrogen fuel cell CHP systems are now being exported overseas, providing customers with technological equipment and product services that are more economical, eco-friendly, and sustainable.
The export of this system represents another significant milestone following the finalization of the second-generation domestic system design in April of this year. During the interim, the company focused its efforts on securing CE certification for the system—covering multiple directives including LVD, EMC, and GAR—thereby inaugurating a new era of continuous product delivery from Huade to its customers.
This system is capable of generating 5 kWh of electrical energy and 7.5 kWh of thermal energy per hour. It boasts a high overall efficiency of up to 93.5%, with the potential to achieve annual CO2 emission reductions amounting to tens of tons.
